24th July 2021

Summer Meeting

Film Evening

To tie in with our Germany trip, now hopefully happening at the beginning of September, we are intending to finally screen the 1939 Universal classic Son of Frankenstein, featuring both Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi, with Basil Rathbone in the title role.

This was originally the advertised programme for our New Year meeting which had to be cancelled, as were the March and Spring meetings.

Under the present plans to ease restrictions in the UK we hope that in late July we will finally be able to meet again, although some restrictions may still apply.

This meeting and all future events will still only take place if it is permissible to hold them under the numbers and social distancing restrictions in force at the time.
