3rd July 2021

Summer Meeting

Film Evening

To tie in with our Germany trip, now hopefully happening at the beginning of September, we are intending to finally screen the 1939 Universal classic Son of Frankenstein, featuring both Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi, with Basil Rathbone in the title role.

This would originally have been the programme for our cancelled New Year Film Evening meeting.

This meeting and all future events will still only take place of course if it is permissible to hold them under the numbers and social distancing restrictions in force at the time.

Under the present plans to ease restrictions in the UK we hope that in July we will be able to meet again.

A trip to Germany, following the Frankenstein connections.

See the Trips section for the full details and itinerary.
